Before Dell Air, I had another company, but they "invented" things that were wrong to get more $ from me. The sales person was very rude too, so I fired them. You have proven to be honest, and I don't feel that repairs are being made up just to get more money. Mr. Parker is very professional, is courteous, knows his professsion well. He explains everything I ask him. He taught me a few things about my system (one being--I had the filter in wrong). He even came in with cloth boots per my request.

Dell Air treats me with respect. Kim always answers the phone with courtesy, is very sweet and always willing to help when you need info. Your technician gets the job done right, and I've never had to call a 2nd time because of problems. Other companies have treated me like they were doing me a favor and probably I was a dumb woman that they could make up stories, and I would fork more money.

Our furnace broke down on a weekend of course. Your technican reassured us he could fix our problem when he got the part in 2 days. In the meantime, he fixed our furnace to still give us some heat. The cost was reasonable - not as much as I expected.

One suggestion: Perhaps it would be helpful to tell your customers how long your technician will take performing your maintenance service. I felt as though the tech was taking a very long time both in the attic and outside doing paperwork. I started getting concerned. First I thought somthing might be wrong with the heater. And then while he was outside for at least 20 mintues, I actually though he had left.

It would be helpful to tell customer the they may be 30 minutes doing preventative checks, etc. with the furnace and then that it may take 20 minutes to write up a detailed report at their truck.

Needless to say, you technician was very thorough and professional.

We chose you because my parents were using Dell Air and liked the people and the service they received. Mr. Parker was on time and completed the taks in a very timely manner. He was professional and very nice! When he finished, he returned things to the way he found them. He also checked with us before leaving to see if we had any questions or concerns. I've used Dell Air for many years, ever since I grew unhappy with (a competitor's) HVAC service and installation. The difference with Dell Air was like night and day. I've been a Dell Air customer since Marius solved a problem in my original Cobb County home that no one else could. After adding insulation, both in the attic and under the flooring and putting on storm windows, my fuel bills were unchanged.  To make matters worse, the house never was comfortable.  It was hot in the summer and cold in the winter.  I had other companies out, and they blamed it on the fact that I had a (small) split level. 

 

I told a coworker, and he suggested that I call Dell Air and speak with Marius. Marius came and looked at my system.  The system was old and needed replacing, but he pointed out that my main issue was that the house did not have the proper ducting.  He said that we needed to add an additional intake vent.  Dell's team arrived on time and finished on time.  The new system worked great. The result was that the house was always comfortable and my utility bills were immediately cut in half! 

 

I have since had a maintenance contract with Dell Air, which was a factor in the quick sale of my house two years ago. When I moved to my current home, I called Dell for an inspection.  Mike my current technician is wonderful. He did what he could to keep my system going, but I purchased a neglected foreclosed property. 

 

When the system recently quit functioning, I contacted Dell and met with Josh. Because I went to high school with Tommy Estes, I also called his group. The salesman was late, provided a much larger bid and as I later discovered would not have corrected the problem.

 

When Josh came, he surveyed the system and provided me with options. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about solving my problem.  He also made me aware of the current tax rebate. 

 

We are scheduling my new installation with Dell Air. I have every reason to believe that it will go smoothly and I will continue to recommend Dell Air to all my friends.

 

I truly value a company I know is honest, knowledgeable and that I can recommend with complete confidence.  Rare these days.

I found Dell Air Conditioning by surfing on the web. I chose you because your diagnostic fee was about $4 cheaper and you were available to help that day without an additional charge. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and seemed to care about what he does. In fact, I even wondered if he was the owner of the company. (He was not.)

My husband worked with the technician and said he was a really great guy who seemed interested in doing a complete job. Yet he did not do extra work or try to sell us on service we didn't need. He even gave us some money-saving tips and left us feeling like we received great service at a good price. We would definietly use Dell Air again and recommend the company to friends. We are very impressed and, honestly, not the easiest to please.

Before he came, our AC system was simply not blowing hard or very cool. Now our house is nice and cool, even in the heat of the afternoon and when full of friends and family.

Mike was here PROMPTLY and did a very thorough job of diagnosing the leak that had water coming out of the ceiling and onto a chair and carpet. He cleared the plugged drain line from the furnace in the attic and hopefuly, there will be no more leaking.

Despite the August heat and tight crawl space, your technician kept a pleasant attitude throughout. He rushed to return cooling to our home but took the time to explain everything to me. He inspected everything and communicated with me opnely. He spoke with me on things that I probably would need to address in the future. What a pleasure doing business with a company that believes in the old-fashioned virtue of total customer service. Recently, my wife and I had an issue with our fan motor and Frank was kind enough to come and help us.

 

Not only did he come the same day we called you, but he identified several areas that could be improved with the systems we had purchased from you several years ago. That brings me to my ultimate point. The systems had been installed improperly, and Frank identified that. Instead of walking away and leaving us in a fix, your company stood by your product and repaired the installation at no additional cost to us. This will probably save us hundreds of dollars a year in increased efficiency.

 

We are very impressed with our company and with Frank, our service technician. H took the extra time to completely repair the systems and explain what he was doing and why. Before he left, he gave me several tips that will surely help keep our systems running efficiently during the summer months ahead.

I got your card today thanking me for my business but honestly it's really you guys that need the thanking. I called Estes heating and air to have a look at my 7 year old Trane heat pump and was given the "hard sell" to install a new unit. The technician from Estes begrudgingly left me an invoice to repair my current unit and left me in the cold without heat. I called the Estes office and was jerked around for about 2 weeks trying to get an itemized copy of the estimate from them so I could know exactly what was being repaired and if I was being "ripped off" or not I was told "we don't provide that kind of estimate let me talk to my manager". After I bluntly asked "what kind of business are you operating" I was provided with a real estimate. Something did not feel right with their reluctance to provide me a real estimate and with their technicians hard sell I was beginning to get the idea that something was going on.

I called Dell heating and air and was given an appointment THAT DAY. The technician arrived just a few hours after I called and within 30 minutes my heating system was warming up my freezing house. I was given a accurate estimate ON THE SPOT from the technician who explained every part of the repair process to me. He even discovered our unit was covered under its original warranty and processed the warranty claim for us and got parts on order. A couple days later the parts were in and he was back out repairing the unit. When he left my unit was performing better than it did when I had it installed 7 years ago. The on the spot estimate I was given was accurate to the single penny with no unexpected charges. I now have a unit with a new compressor and a 5 year warranty. I also have a contact with the best HVAC company in town so if there are problems I have someone I can trust to advise me honestly. My only regret is that I did not call you first. I could have easily retired a perfectly good unit that was still covered under its factory warranty so someone could meet a sales quota.

I was so impressed with your service I recommended you to a colleague who was also highly impressed with your professionalism and your willingness to explain exactly what you were doing and what was wrong. He had a brand new house with a frozen pipe causing issues with his heating system. He ended up putting both of his units under a Dell service contracts. Your honesty, professionalism and dedication to doing what is right for your customers has earned you my business for life. I will be keeping a Dell service contract on my unit from now on and when the time comes will be purchasing my next unit from your company.

And as you have seen already word of mouth advertising is very powerful. Hopefully this is one of many other people I am able to send your way. Thank you for being so good at what you do!
